Review access changes after launch.
Once a workflow is live, tools and credentials can change. Each month, we manually review the evidence you provide against an agreed baseline and document what we can confirm. The $2,000 fee covers up to eight total hours for review, the findings note, the call, and advisory work combined.
This is a scheduled monthly review of agreed evidence, not continuous monitoring. A usable existing baseline is required before the retainer starts. If one does not exist, creating it requires a separate written scope and fee; it is not included in this monthly price. Incident response requires a separate written engagement and is not included. We confirm recurring need, baseline, and written scope before arranging payment.

- A permission drift check against a documented baseline
- One written findings note and one monthly review call
- Up to 8 total hours each month across evidence review, the note, the call, and advisory work

- On-call incident response
- Managed hosting or uptime guarantees
- Continuous monitoring or a guaranteed incident response time
Scope only changes by agreeing a new monthly scope in writing, so the retainer never turns into an open-ended promise.
Agent Ops Retainer
$2,000/month
Billed monthly. Best after an MCP Access Audit, which can establish a baseline for the monthly review. The retainer requires recurring changes that justify the review.
